we got our tomato plants in the weekend before fathers day, so hopefully we will get buckets of tomatoes this year. a cherry tomato and a normal tomato. normal tomato?!? lol
that bag right there is horse poo so our tomatoes cant say we are starving them
..and this is the little garden mick made next to the pond. it was a real engineering feat that one, he dug a hole for the pond and didnt know what to do with th leftover dirt, so voila! a raised bed was born!meet bob bob. micks galah. he was rescued off the side of the road about 6 years ago after mick saw him get hit by a car. hes had him ever since.

no matter how much time i spend at his cage talking to him and giving him plant matter to play with, as soon as i put my hand near him he skitzes out. so needless to say, he stays IN the cage and i stay OUT of it.
and this is jigsaw.he was aquired in january of 2008 when we went on a roadtrip to hindmarsh island.
enough said.
and to any greenies who would like to 'have a go,' he would have most likely have died if he stayed.
fathers day was rather uneventful for us, mikael spent most of the day with his dad and we stuffed around in the garden before going for a night ride into the city.

(i mean, hes only 7 lmao) so that was definately an acheivement and a half.
mick had to do th whole running alongside th bike thing as mikael was too shit scared for him to let go but after a bit he was ok. just didnt like turning lol
