having had no need to write (apart from shopping lists and budgets) for th last few years, i havent, so i also was curious as to what my handwriting would look like on a page lol
so i rambled. and here it is.
if i won a million dollars.
i would buy a big block of land somewhere that had plenty of room and a beach.
id build a big 3 bedroom house that had a big underground basement, tunnels through th walls and a secret exitway, all th living area on th first floor and th bedrooms upstairs, with a massive 8 car garage that had room for all our project cars.
id buy a clubsport.
id want a barn. because ive always wanted a barn. and i guess id want a horse to put in th barn. and a sheep. i used to have a sheep, his name was jim morrisson. and no, he didnt take drugs.
id build a small jetty at my beach so i had somewhere to dock my 3 watercraft (a cruiser, a fishing vessel and a jetski)
and i would employ a maid.
id donate a chunk of money to cancer research, and to some charity that helps widows and familys of those who arent lucky enough to make it through.
id pay for myself to go to university to learn something useful, and id start an education fund for my son (who knows what tuition will cost in 2021!?!)
and id donate enough to my best friend and lover, so that he could get his dreams off th ground and start his own business.
id buy an island.
id take a big holiday and go see finland, sweden, iceland, scotland, ireland, madagascar, antarctica and th galapogas islands (wherever i wanted) but id charter a boat. i dont like planes.
id buy my mum that topless sports car shes never wanted, and pay off her house, id give her 2 tickets to th QE2 (which i believe, now she would have to travel to dubai for, and it wouldnt be sailing anywhere since its now a land lubbed hotel) id buy my sister a chic little flat in th city somewhere, and a new car as well (good luck to getting a parking space with that chic little flat, but that would be her problem lol)
id start doing drift comps on th weekend.
but definately th house. th house comes first.
i guess i better start buying lotto tickets :)

Oooh, I like this. I might have to post about this. Although, it sounds like the house you described would cost more than $1M by itself.
oh those hotels in coober pedy would be perfect dave! how do you spell coober pedy anyway? you have spelt it wrong! or i have been mislead my whole life (quite likely lmao)
